Folks,
Need to make one clarification. Regarding use of the site Chris and Jane 
have outsite OROC operations has nothing to involved OROC. That would be 
purely between you and the land owners.

However if you're planning to use OROCs waiver to fly class 2 rockets, then 
I want you to notify the BoD in advance. If you've got your own waiver, then 
no need to notify us. Since that's outside the club.
