[RocketsNW] NASA's plans to return to the Moon are dead

As much as a space junkie as I am, and as badly as I want to see us go back
to the moon, I do think we have better places to spend the money these days
-- and anything that helps jump start the private sector for regular lifts
and gets NASA focusing on science I am for. 

But I sure would love to see a full ARES V launch.
