[RocketsNW] Use M650 in CTI case?

case loaner later this year :) Got a rocket that is hungry to break 20K.

No it can not.   Most 75 and 98 CTI loads can be used in RMS compatible HW
but the reverse is not true - AT loads can not be used in CTI HW.
