I imagine they will be more available from hobby stores, but I doubt Wally
World will have them. The manufacturers will want to be sure that vendors
are sticking to certification guidelines. It will definitely make it easier
for our current vendors to sell at launches.

So will this change the availability of APCP motors at hobby stores.  I
assume that if APCP is not an explosive then anywhere that currently sells
Estes rockets and supplies could start selling Aerotech, AMW, and Cesaroni. 
Will I start seeing K500s at Hobby Town or even Walmart?
