Not that long. Basically he says they failed in any way to prove their case
and ruled in our favor without conditions.

I don't have time to read the decision right now, so could some one come up
with an accurate summary and interpretation of it and the regulatory
implications in the short and long term for hobby rocketry?  Then we can
debate and argue the merits and demerits of the decision with zest and
gusto!

Just because we won a battle doesn't mean we won the war.
