If the lawsuit ever comes to a completion, will it change the status in
the eyes of LnI?



It should. The only reason L&I is involved today is because the Feds
call our motors explosives. That pulls in the Fire Marshall which in
turn requires L&I permits. Same thing would happen to paper if the Feds
deemed it explosive.  :>)
