[RocketsNW] Fatboy decals

Call Estes customer service.  They will most likely send you a new one for free.  When I was building a 3X upscale Alpha III, I needed a set of decals to have the graphics made up from.  I called and asked if I could buy a decal set.  They asked for an address and said no charge.  I had it in a few days.
